Downtown Dance Factory studios are available for rental for birthday parties or as rehearsal space. Please contact us for more information.

Studio 1: 22' x 40'

Studio 2: 21' x 36'

Studio 3: 21' x 38'

All studios have sprung wooden floors and are equipped with mirrors. Portable ballet barres are available, if required. In addition to the studios, our new full-floor, fully-renovated studio complex is equipped with changerooms, restrooms, a reception area, stroller parking and a large waiting area.
