Downtown Dance Factory studios are available for rental for birthday parties or as rehearsal space. Please contact us for more information.

All studios have sprung wooden floors and are equipped with mirrors and ballet barres. In addition to the studios, our new full-floor, fully-renovated studio complex is equipped with change rooms, restrooms, a reception area, stroller parking and a large waiting area.
