Rehearsals will be held during the week before the recitals on:

Wednesday May 29th

N.B. Dancers are NOT required to be at the stage rehearsals for the entire time nor for all three days.  Rehearsal times will likely not coincide with your dancer's regular class day and time.

Regularly scheduled classes during those afternoons will not be held at Downtown Dance Factory as all staff will be at the theater supervising and rehearsing the dances.  Morning classes will proceed as usual.

Rehearsal is NOT drop-off for kindi-aged dancers (preschool classes).

please no eating or drinking in the theater (water excepted).  For dancers with later rehearsal times, please send snacks and we will take the dancers to the adjacent Lower Lobby to eat.

Rehearsal attendance

Please plan to excuse your child from any other regular commitments that might clash with the rehearsal - it is our only rehearsal on stage and if anyone is absent, it compromises both their individual performance and also that of the entire class. Students will be required to attend rehearsal in order to perform in the recital.

Rehearsal attire

Dancers should wear their Downtown Dance Factory uniform.  Please DO NOT wear your recital costume to rehearsal.
