Downtown Dance Factory offers a variety of birthday party options to cater to a range of ages (from 3 years up) and a range of young personalities! Let us provide your party guests with a great fun dance party experience. Relax and enjoy, and leave the details to us!

All Downtown Dance Factory birthday parties include a little over an hour of dance class/activities, with 25 minutes reserved for food and cake.  We provide the space in our beautifully renovated 4th floor studios, trained teachers and supervisors, all paper products, helium balloons, set-up and clean-up and a cool DDF branded item for the birthday child!  You are responsible for all food and drinks. Looking for goody bags? Feel free to shop in our Studio 4 Store - we have so many great, dance-themed gifts for all your birthday child's friends to enjoy! Prices vary.

STANDARD PARTY PACKAGE - $900

Includes dance class in your choice of either ballet, jazz, hip hop, theater dance or creative movement with qualified teacher and assistants.

"PRINCESS","FAIRY", "BUTTERFLY", "PIRATE", "SUPERHERO", "ROCKSTAR" THEME* PARTY - $950

These parties include a class of ballet, creative movement or hip hop, and themed games, with each dancer wearing special costumes to enhance the experience - lovely tutus and tiaras for our "princesses", with wings and tutus for our "fairies" and "butterflies", hats and capes for our pirates and superheroes, inflatable microphones for our rockstars! “BIRTHDAY STAR” PARTY - $950

Your dance instructor will put together a routine to a piece of music of your choice with the birthday child as the featured dancer!  Perform for the parents at the end of the party or even video it to remember your starring moment!  A special prop (sparkly hat, boa, etc) can be incorporated into the routine and could become your goody bag for an additional cost (approx $6-$14 per child). Restricted to age 6+.

"BLOCK PARTY JAM" - $925

This party offers an introduction to the world of breaking and street-based hip-hop dance culture. Immerse yourself in the funky beats and soulful movement of urban music and learn some basic footwork and freezes to impress your friends. At the party's conclusion, enjoy a freestyle circle and dance performance by DDF's very own breaking superstars, which is sure to amaze and astound.

DDF DISCO PARTY - $975

For ages 5 and up, our DDF Disco Party includes a "disco room" complete with disco ball. Our dance professionals will play great music (requests are welcome!), run fun dance games, teach and lead party dances such as the Macarena, the Cha Cha Slide, the Cupid Shuffle and others! A totally "cool" party and a fun time for all.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon booking.

• All prices include up to 10 guests (including birthday child).

• Downtown Dance Factory can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests (excluding adults). Additional guests, up to 20, can be added at $25/child. Additional guests, over 20 (and up to a maximum of 30) can be added at $35/child.

• There will be a $50 fee for joint parties with 2 birthday children, siblings excluded.

• Three (3) additional NON-dancing guests can be accommodated free of charge, however they do count towards the capacity.  There will be a $10/non-dancing guest surcharge over and above the first 3. 

• Adults may attend free of charge.
